Funny, I've almost exactly the opposite experience.  I say "almost",
because I can't point to a single Best Buy store where I've ever had a
good experience.  I swore I'd never set foot in Best Buy again after I
got a defective Tivo unit from them for Christmas, and when I went to
exchange it, the only unit they had in the store had already been
opened and returned.  No thanks.
