[ale] OT: APC wattage

Just FYI, anyone looking for an UPS can find loads of 1100VA UPS's (APC) at Sams for $118 each...  Thats pretty cheap to the $400 or so the place I worked for payed for them 3 or 4 years ago.

PS:  UPS's are not usually rated in Watts, but VA (Volt Amps) which are not the same unless the load is purely resistive (PC power supplies are not, I believe they are slightly capacitive, unless you have one thats power factor corrected).  The wattage ratings are usually below the VA rating if you look in the manuals.
