[ale] OT Web hosting/domain registration catch 22

OK, so I found a cheap domain registration site and an almost cheaper
web host.  So who do I go to first?  The web host wants to know my
domain name during sign up and the domain register wants the dns
addresses of the web host.  

Which one do you normally go to?  The only other domain I registed I got
from the same site that hosted it.
