Ok, I have 3 systems, A B and C for simplicity.
I ssh from A to B and type "xterm" and pop, it appears on A
I ssh from A to C and type "xterm" and a couple mins later I get an
error:
xterm Xt error: Can't open display: localhost:12.0
I can do an "xhost +" on A then manually set my $DISPLAY on B to A:0.0
and it will pop up the xterm just great.
The 3 machines have the same /etc/ssh/ssh*config files (I copied them
from B to A and C) and restarted sshd. The home directory for all 3 are
the same (nfs mounted from D). All 3 are Debian Unstable. A and B have
Monitors and KDE3/X installed, C is a headless Server.
This is driving me batty. I can't ssh from other machines to B and
start X apps either which I need on occasion.
Any thoughts?
Robert
