I recently had to reinstall the pcmcia module on a laptop. By default
pcmcia gets loaded by the startup scripts at position number 24
(S24pcmcia), but I need to move it to position 09.
Originally chkconfig on /etc/init.d/pcmcia looked like the following
# chkconfig: 2345 24 96
And, I've modified it to look like:
# chkconfig: 2345 09 91
Now, when I use "chkconfig S24pcmcia reset" to reorganize the script, I
get the following error
error reading information on service S24pcmcia: No such file or directory
Not sure what am I not doing right. Any clues???
Thanks!
