I can tell you, unless you're very comfortable with Windows98-XP and
probably Exchange, don't bother. The person you'd be replacing has set
a good rep as good with his Windows, good with making Windows work with
Linux systems (Samba, etc) and the ability to do Linux support on
occation (this position has a couple Linux Desktops, the group does have
Linux and Solaris Servers as well).
