Generally, no, you would need SuSE rpms, but they're available. If you
get SuSE Pro, you'll get two dvds and 5 cds, that's a ton of goodies.
Understand, SuSE is the largest Linux dist in Europe. They are big.
Anything you can't find in a SuSE rpm you can build as well.
