You might have noticed eGrail's new home on SourceForge:

eGrail was one of many open-source-based companies that rode the dot-com
boom only to crash.  www.eGrail.com now bounces over to FileNET, who
apparently bought out eGrail's assets over a year ago.  I'm assuming the
project on SourceForge is forked from whatever FileNET is doing.
