[ale] Howto do QoS

Maybe some people have done this.  I have a linux firewall and want
to setup up QoS on it.  Sometimes in the evenings I play
Xbox live and I need almost all the available bandwidth.  I want
to setup QoS to provide almost all of the 156k uplink on the DSL line
for live service.  Anyone know how?
