[ale] OT: ICMP Tunnel

Actually, in the hotel we did pay.  If we are going to use
it at any length of time, then it would be woth purchasing.  In
the MSP airport scenerio, I was going to pay for a 24hr period and
only get it for 1 hour.  Anyway,  the purpose of the creation
of such software to tunnel via ICMP would be a good project
to see how well it can be done.
