[ale] Mandrake 9.2 Install Error

I am making snort box for work using Mandrake 9.2.  However, I have run into a problem that I do not completely understand.  I get to the partitioning section on the gui install, and after both drives (one hd is ide, one is scsi) are partitioned, I get this error, "An error occurred.  no hdlists found".   I tried googling it however, I really didn't get any fixed or any explanation of what caused the error.
