[ale] Procmail Forward based on Subject

Hey all,

I am using procmail for my first time.  I want to be able to forward email
my main email to my cellphone accordding to two scenarios.

1.) I want to forward all urgent emails to my phone
2.) I want to forward an email where the subject contains the word "cell"
case insensitive..

Can anyone direct me to a good place to find code to help me?  I am googling
and I find things like autoresponders...  But nothing that does what I need.
