[ale] KDE Driving Me Insane

I think this problem befell someone else on the list not that long ago but I'm
not where I can search my archives...

This is Madrake 9.0 w/ KDE.

The thing in KDE that ordinarily pops up the "Web-URL Actions For...Open with
Konqueror/Open with Mozilla" list in the bottom right of the screen when you
click and drag over a URL has started popping up for no good reason, like when
typing in OpenOffice.  What is the fix and, most importantly, what is making it
start doing that??
