[ale] Web server loads?

Hi All,

Could anyone point me towards resources for determining what reasonable
levels of load on a server (as reported by 'top') would be for a
PHP-driven web server?  I'm interested in finding out what a reasonable
level of load for various different numbers of users/httpd instances/etc.
would be.
