I've heard it discussed before, but this link (http://www.cyberlodge.org) 
I ran across on /. this afternoon is the first group I've seen actively 
pursuing it.

Course, I haven't browsed very deeply yet, so it might be vaporous.  
Interesting nontheless, given the state of the IT workplace.
