[ale] WTF did that setting go?

  Ok, I've got 4 machine with the latest Mozilla CVS build on them.  All
behaving nicely except one.  This one will no longer scroll up/down if I
use the arrow keys and won't page back/forward with ctrl-left/right,
etc.  I can't seem to find a setting I changed and it's driving me nuts.

  Anyone know what I hit to turn it back on?
