[ale] Help with mgetty+sendmail requested

I had some trouble grokking the config for this, a while back.  You are getting 
the phone answered, and as long as it's 2nd ring, you should see the CID info in 
the log, at least.  IIRC, the call had to pass through a certain function to get 
the CID info logged, but the name escapes me just now.
