[ale] OT: Question about Gigabyte boards (with Athlons)

tcwo.com lists a Gigabyte 7VRX2.0 KT333 ATX motherboard packaged with an
AMD AthlonXP SocketA 2100+ OEM CPU for $207.00.

Anyone have any experience with Gigabyte boards? Pluses/minuses? 
Good/bad?  I'm looking for a very good board here (currently have an
Abit KA7 and love it).

Would you recommend this as a good purchase for the price?

If you were considering the purchase, what would make you hold off (if
anything).
