[ale] MySQL and Redhat 7.2 with ext3

Howdy all!
I'm trying to create a rather large database.
I'm using MySQL and Redhat 7.2 with ext3 for my file system.
How do I ensure that ext3 will handle large files? Also, how do I ensure
that MySQL will accept them?
(I'll be dumping ~90-130MB everyday to it.)
Thanks,
