[ale] Cable & Broadband providers

Hi all,
I was wondering, has anyone ever heard of these companies.  Advanced
Telmedia (Cable TV provider), and Atlanta Broadband(Broadband
provider).  I'm thinking about moving to an apartment complex that only
offer these providers and was wondering if anyone has any input as far
as performance,usablilty, service, you know the whole customer
experience thing.  Thanks.
