For the most part, yes, but a few things won't run.  It's really wierd, if
you have a C64c and the new version of the floppy drive (1571), it will run
about 90% of the software, if you have a C64c and the old style of the
floppy drive (1541), it will run about 95% of the software.  Now, the C128,
in C64 mode, with the 1571 floppy drive will run about 99.9% of all C64
software.
