I actually started putting a copyright notice in small print on the bottom of my resume after a recruiter reformated my resume to make room for their letterhead.?? (I was pretty irate, to say the least).
Now, I find that they just remove the copyright notice and do it anyway.?? It's a losing battle if you are interested in getting a job.
