[ale] useradd -m failed

hi the advice you gave me about useradd -m failed, it created the name but
it still doesnt work, when i relogin as that user it wont accept the
password?? when i try to recreate the user i cant because the user is
allready created? theres no home directory? i must have a faulty system? 
how do i delete those users so i can reuse the name? or repair it?
