I think the two best filters are spamassassin and bogofilter.  Both are 
general spam filters.

Bogofilter is interesting in that it is a learning algorithm.  So if you 
just teach it on the porn emila it will proobably only block the porn.  
Teach it on general spam and it will block spam.
