[ale] Monitor refresh rate

Does anyone know what setting in XF86Config is used to
specify the monitor refresh rate? I see:

HorizSync    30.0 - 107.0
VertRefresh  48.0 - 160.0

But that seems to give a range. Is there anyway to tell
the monitor to refresh at 100hz?
