[ale] Bruce Perens at IETF meeting in Atlanta, Sunday

I'll be there.

However, while the IETF meetings are worthwhile, all official IETF 
business occurs on the mailing lists, which are free to join.  In fact, 
there are many IETF participants who have never attended a meeting.  The 
meeting minutes and decisions will be put on the list.
