[ale] Linux Kernel Change Control + CVS

I really like CVS. There is a few features missing that does not allow
storage of the kernel source as Linux would like in CVS but I'm storing
my modified 2.4.18 version just fine.
#1) links are not supported
#2) binary files will get stepped on if you are not carefule
