Check out the raidhotadd command. It's really a link to raidstart, as
are a few others. If your raidtab is set up correctly, then saying
'raidhotadd /dev/md0 /dev/hg4' will either 1) incorporate it into the
raid, and resync it, or 2) it'll be incorporated as the hot spare.
