[ale] video capture

A friend of mine has a ati 8500 dv which is a AIW card, and he does
video capture with it.  He is currently using windows, but only because
he can't find good video capture programs that support his card (dscaler
is the best he could find, but it doesn't support ATI Rage Theater Pro
Chipset).  Does anyone know of any other quality video capture programs
that do support this chipset?
