[ale] 7.3 is out

Tips:

This evening I found all the US sites I checked from the mirror list at RedHat
to be "full" - they each limit the number of ftp logons.  (ibiblio 
has 600 limit,
GATech has 250)
So, thinking that everyone in Europe must be asleep (or rather not at work)
I checked a UK  site and found I could download at a cumulative ~200KB/s
(cable modem)
Was also able to log into a Finnish site  . . .

I logged into one US site, a .com, but got a miserable 6.9KB/s.

7.3 was on all the sites I logged into from the RedHat list which puts one in
the 7.2 version,  but I had to go back toward the root of the file 
system tree to find 7.3

make sure you get the "valhalla" version (7.3), not "enigma" (7.2)
