[ale] benchmarking imap and squirrelmail

I've got courier-imap and SquirrelMail going, and it's *extremely* slow.  Of
course, it's running on a p133 32mb ram, so I can't expect much.

Of those of you running your own imap server, how muscular is the machine
it's running on?  The same for those who run squirrelmail and imap.
