[ale] Bradcasting (again)

Ah!

I have XM radio at home and I want to listen at work.  I have looked at
a few bradcast servers but they expect MP3 streams from disk.


XM Radio -> Line In -> Program -> Net

That is what I want to do.  Do I need to create a new proejct and write
this code?

Maybe I can do this

XM Radio -> Line In -> MP3 -> IceCast -> Net
