Looks like the first responses to the Alexis de Toqueville institution's
white paper re open source and terrorism are hitting the web...

As the story at this link points out, the original paper is not now
available. The Institution (http://www.adti.net) promises it within a
couple of hours ("by the close of business, June 10, 2002").
