[ale] emailing audio files from scripts

Hello all,
I'm attempting to replace my work CDs with MP3s, so I can keep the CDs at home
instead of the office, and I want to have a script mail one to my work email
once every hour, but I can't find an email program that will accept full input
from a command line and handle attachments.
Can I just do this:
elm -s "MP3 number 1" pete at work < numberOne.mp3
?
I catch mail at work with netscape, but I'm concerned that putting the MP3 as
message body instead of attachment will cause problems.
I've looked at elm, pine, and mutt. Any other suggestions appreciated.
TIA,
