As an AT&T employee, I'd appreciate it if you could provide some 
specifics. I'm not beyond bringing this to the attention of other 
employees who would not appreciated such involvement by AT&T.

I didn't have to by my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
