[ale] LINUX running php in safe mode

[ChangingLINKS.com at bigfoot.com (ChangingLINKS.com)]

My server (remote hosting account) runs .php in safe mode.
Does anyone know if I can upload a file using php when php is running in safe 
mode?

Does anyone have such a script? I am trying to automatically upload from a 
client side program.
