[ale] Way OT:How to tell CPU speed in Windows

Hello,
can anybody tell me how the heck to tell the cpu speed without any
additional tools on a Windows box? back in the dos days there use to be a
program called msd or something like that, that would give you all kind of
good info. But I could not find anything!!!  Any help is appreciated.
