[ale] RedHat Linux on Compaq Presario 1215US

Hi,

I'm having difficulty getting RH 7.2 to detect the Conexant Ethernet adapter
which is built 
into the Compaq Presario 1215US. The file /proc/pci shows the adapter and
its configured for
IO = 0x1400 and IRQ = 11. I am trying to load the tulip.o driver but can not
seem to provide
the correct parameter names to insmod or modprobe. This kernel is 2.4.7-10.

Any Ideas?
