[ale] need some input on tv capture cards

Maybe you might want to look at a higher end card.  Maybe the
Model 400 WinTV-pci with dbx-TV stereo, remote control.
Model 401 WinTV-radio with dbx-TV stereo, FM radio and remote control.

Is stereo really that important?  I do believe the cards are capable of
640x480 though.
