[ale] Small/Mid-sized Business Accounting/Payroll/Inventory for Linux?

Hi all,

Since we're on the topic of financial software, let's move it up a 
notch and talk about solutions for business.  I need to know if there 
are any small/mid-sized business software packages available that 
will do accounting, payroll and inventory for Linux.  What I'm 
looking for is the capabilities of QuickBooks Pro 
(http://www.quickbooks.com/) as a minimum requirement.  Product must 
be actively developed and support must be solid.  Commercial software 
is OK.
