[ale] charter cable



They're better than any dial-up but go for dsl if it's available. Charter has 
been pathetic all around since the change from @Home to Charter. The many old 
ATT machines in your path often give problems here. Also, they are known to 
bump you down a speed tier without notice (and with no drop is charges). You 
really have to keep an eye on them.
