[ale] Interesting Firewall Issue

Setup a custom firewall script.  Set it to run in runlevel 3-5 as
S11firewall.  No big deal.  

After an up2date and a reboot (3 months later), the script's firewall
rules get overwritten by the stock RH7.3 rules.  

Moved S11firewall to S98firewall, rebooted, and the RH rules STILL
overwrote my script.

Added the firewall script to S99local, and now it works!  Weird!
