[ale] ps magick

While the ps man page lists all options, it doesn't really go into details
about which combinations are most useful together, etc.

Every once in awhile, I'll sit down with someone and they'll use a ps flag
sequence that will amaze me, as it provides info in a way I didn't know
was possible.

Are there any good ps tutorials/cookbooks online that list the typically
useful combinations?
