[ale] mozilla braindead

I've got a partial solution.  Partial in that it worked, but I don't 
know why.  I moved the following files out of my .mozilla directory tree 
and now all seems well:

history.dat	 panacea.dat  XUL.mfasl
old history.dat  prefs.bak    summary2.dat

Anyone have any insights into what the XUL.mfasl file is???

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
