[ale] OT: Office lighting

There is a lot to be said for lights that match the color temperature of 
sunlight. Neither fluorescent nor the standard tungsten bulbs do this, but 
you can get bulbs like this in places that specialize in lighting. Halogen 
lamps come pretty close.
