[ale] rpm runaround

Man I hate the rpm runaround...

I won't even go into it except the part I don't get.  I'm trying to 
upgrade crontab rpm, yet it complains that the crontab rpm I'm trying to 
install needs /usr/bin/run-parts.  Thing is, /usr/bin/run-parts is 
provided by this rpm file.  Before I hose my system, I thought I'd see 
if anyone else has seen this problem.  Doesn't make sense...

I didn't have to buy my radio from a specific company to listen
to FM, why doesn't that apply to the Internet (anymore...)?
