[ale] imac single button mouse

If recollection serves, F11 & F12 are delegated to the job of buttons
2&3. I found that so blasted awkward, I tried it twice, and replaced the
mouse.

I wish I could remember where that tip lived so it could be verified. I'm
_really_ uncertain about this one.
