[ale] hd is slow

During boot, do you see a message like 'assuming 33MHz system bus for
PIO modes, override with "idebus=xxx"'?  If so, add "idebus=xxx" to your
kernel options in lilo.conf.  I don't know how much difference it will
make.  Mine is set to 66MHz and I can't tell that it's any faster.
