[ale] Web-Ftp , webmail clients

Hi all

Got a guick question.  Are there any web-based ftp clients that you can recommend? Any experiences using them?  The same for a webmail client.  I've be fooling around with squirrel mail, seems to be pretty good.  Any experiences?
