Well, we need to know what the error message is. I've heard of:
1) incomplete/corrupt source download (w/ CVS mostly)
2) config file probs
3) generated files mistakenly distributed
4) ??? (downloaded/installed again, all is well ;-)
C'mon, give us a hint?
